Who gets Pimples?

Virtually no one goes free. Almost all teenagers are affected more or less badly. Untreated, the pimple plague lasts, in average, for 5-10 years and wears off around 18-25 years of age. A small group struggle with pimple problems through most of their adult lives. In the 40s, 1% of the men and 5% of the women still have skin problems due to pimples.

It is important to remember that pimples are not the result of poor hygiene or unhealthy lifestyle, but a skin disease.

Pimple plague is a skin disease which:

  • Most teenagers experience
  • Disappears by itself, but only after 5-10 years
  • Is not due to poor hygiene or unhealthy lifestyle
