Fungus between the toes are frequent and occur in a hot and humid environment - for example, in athletes who sweat a lot. Fungus between the toes appears through intense itching and small cracks in the skin between the toes. The fungus can be treated with antifungal cream that can be purchased over the counter.

Fungus are often seen between the toes - especially at the little toe. Fungus between the toes is rare in children and frequent in exercise. Fungus thrive in a warm and humid environment. Exercisers who sweat a lot and rarely change their damp socks are therefore particularly vulnerable. 

Fungus between the toes appear by pronounced itching, the skin scales, crevices and it can liquid.

Contamination

To avoid infection, you can use bathing shoes in the swimming pool. Change socks every day to remove the fungus. Change socks when they become damp. In this way, you remove the moist environment in which the fungus can thrive.

Medication

You can even buy fungicidal cream at the pharmacy over the counter. The treatment lasts 1 week.

What can you do?

Air your shoes after use and use stockings of wool or cotton. Use sandals with air for your toes. Avoid shoes made of artificial materials. After bathing, it is important that you thoroughly dry the feet and skin between your toes. Change socks when they become damp. For typical symptoms you can go to the pharmacy and buy fungicidal cream without a prescription.
